The Adinfern Estate Longtable Dinner is an exclusive gourmet food experience that will take place in the magical setting of Artspace Mackay’s Foyer. Carly has worked her way up through the industry and is now Executive Sous Chef of Grinders Corporate Catering at the MECC. Carly has worked for Grinders for over 8 years. She has developed a fined tuned palette for flavours and pairings of food. Through her career Carly has supported the belief that it takes more than one to get the job done. It takes a team to be a success and the proof is in the pudding. Carly and the fantastic Grinders Catering Team will serve a superb three-course meal to a limited 60 guests who will be astounded at the finesse and quality of the meals and wines on offer at this once-a-year event.
