Mark Polglase joined the wine industry over thirty years ago after completing a science degree in biochemistry and microbiology at Massey University, New Zealand. For most of that time he has been involved in senior wine making roles in three different, large New Zealand wineries. He has also been involved in managing exports and distribution before starting the Montana Wine College in 1996.

The world's top selling New Zealand wines, Montana and Stoneleigh, will be discussed.
