Situated above the James Street Market in Brisbane's Fortitude Valley, the James Street Cooking School combines the best produce with the skills of professional chefs.

Husband and wife team John and Joanne Meredith have worked around the world and been the driving force behind numerous successful restaurants including Two Small Rooms, Rumpoles, Crown Casino, Darley St Thai, Rockpool and Zenbar.

John Meredith will prepare a delicious group of dishes including:

  • Grilled chermoula lamb rump
  • Duck & bethonga gold kebabs
  • Prawns wrapped in almonds

His method of cooking uses all the senses. You will learn in an intimate, informal environment and be guided and inspired to reach your culinary potential by one of Brisbane's finest teacher chefs.
